Default VB Bedford collars

Did the Bedfordshire Vol Btns other ranks wear a smaller size cap badge as a collar or did they wear the hart in white metal only.

I have a 1st VB Beds that is smaller than the regular cap badge.

Is it still the opinion of the forum that the badge in the openening post is Genuine?

Just curious, because I have the same strike in my "pending" box.

Cheers,

Andrew
