Default BEWARE - New Batch of FAKE Metal Shoulder Titles

Hello,

There are a batch of quite good but 100% brand new fake, Gilding Metal and White Metal shoulder titles on ebay all coming from one seller in Lancashire, who has come to notice before.

Take a look at them so you dont get caught out now or in the future.

here is one that will lead you to all his others.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WW1-Shoul...QAAOSwySVaFqwj

regards

Thanks for pointing this out Simon,

As you say they look pretty good and could catch someone out.

Cheers,

Roy

The edges on the one highlighted on eBay look pretty ragged.

Greetings Simon.

Earlier this evening, whilst searching for something else, I happened upon his offerings.

I came to the same conclusion as you.

Keep away.

Regards.

Brian.

He’s been at it for ages, unfortunately they’re getting better.

He has certainly "been at it" for a number of decades.

Thanks Simon, you can see that most of them ( that i looked at ) are put together, and he's using horrible footed lugs.

Cool Shoulder title fakes

There are other purveyors of rubbish about, I looked online the other day and was surprised at the number of copies around, give them a year or two and they will be hard to spot.

Angry Copies.

This seller is also known for selling good and bad copies of Third Reich items mixed in with a few genuine items and should be avoided at all costs.

Paul Waterworth is well known for selling fakes, he used to run a webshop www.ww2medalsbadgesandinsignia.com but it seems to be closed.
