Default Unknown laurel and oak wreath
What have we here? Size is 64 x 74 mm, fittings suggest non British or Commonwealth provenance.

Not an exact match, but German headgear often had an oakleaf device similar to this surrounding a cockade. Not WWII but perhaps newer?

Thank you Jerry. Most, if not all, German wreaths are all oak, this one is half laurel and half oak.
