Default UNKNOWN BULLION ARM BADGE

Can anyone identify this badge? This was brought by Charlie585 from eBay. I have looked in British Army Proficiency Badges with no joy. As it has crossed anchour and sword in wreath with KC,I thought maybe Royal Marine??

I have just been looking at an arm badge it doesnt have a wreath. Looks like it might also be too small to be an arm badge.

I now have said badge and will post details at the weekend after I have been to Stratford upon Avon show this coming sunday.
I now have had a chance to size badge, it is approx 80mm top to bottom and 65mm across. It seems to be silver wire on padded red felt. The question is- is it an arm badge or a hat badge?? See first post for picture of this badge.
