Default EMGB question

In Charlton there are two images of the cap badge.
As in the image below.
Has anyone seen the 'snarly beaver' version.?
There is no reference to it in Babin, or Cox
And no images that in can find on the internet.
Hoping someone might help.
Kind regards
Dan

From the deafening silence I assume it's another of Charlton's misleading references.

Have a look at this thread:
http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...786#post331786

It shows the 'snarling beaver', which does exist!

Default EMGB Type2 Badge

The "snarling" Beaver does exist. I have several images of both types of badges

The badge shown is lugged. The only EMMGB badge i have that is 'pin and clasp' is the oval badge shown in the photos.
I also have the EMMGB/CANDA shoulder title, not shown in the photos. Not seen too many of those around either.

Bill,
From my original post; 'There are no maker marks on any of the badges and all are smooth backed".
Regards,
Lovat
