I agree Andrew.
The Suffolk Regiment Territorial Battalions certainly didn't wear white metal titles on Full Dress or Service Dress.
White metal buttons and insignia was worn on khaki serge by 2nd VB and 3rd VB pre-April 1908 but not after.
