Hi Phil, Yes I have seen the chrome ones. I think I have a pair somewhere. I am not sure about the order of dress that these were worn on?

I think I got them with some U of Toronto stuff years ago, but have never seen another pair for sale. Always wondered about that.

Good to know that more are out there.

They were probably worn on blue undress and mess dress uniforms. I seem to recall seeing them worn on these uniforms by COTC Ocdts at formal functions in Camp Borden in the 1960s.
