I'd expect to see that in white metal, not brass. Shame about the two 'ring' lugs on the '1' and two 'flat/spade' lugs on the 'W YORK'. And sheer laziness not to clean off the brazing flux deposits.

Hi Marcus the title is ww1 not pre 1908 these title were made for the early VTC i think,i no this one is for Hoyland Nether 2 V W York in brass is Barnsley and 1 & 2 V Y&L in brass is Rotherham by late 1915 these title were no longer used
