Smile VB East Yorkshire Regiment HMSS Officer's collars

Hi all,

A pair of VB East Yorkshire Regiment HMSS Officer's collars. Had them re-lugged as were too well made to leave them as they were.

Period of wear 1885 to 1900 and illustrated in Wilson & Collinson's book 'East Yorkshire Volunteer Infantry 1859-1908' on page 27 Plate 11 Fig E.

Silversmith initials are three letters or two and an & and first letter is an M but other obscured. Sheffield maker but date letter obscured.

Cheers Dean

Dean,

A very nice pair of collars despite one being upside down
