One of these is in the upcoming DNW sale described as a Cartouche c.1790-1815 also with an Ordnance Arms example, lot 711. They say it is referenced in Parkyn.

The Corps of Royal Artillery Drivers (1806-1822) existed under various titles from 1794 to around 1822 or 1824. The purpose of the Corps was to provide Drivers for the Royal Artillery and train the Drivers for the Royal Horse Artillery.
