"NEW" RLC "Fleet" Formation Patch ??

Can I have your opinions on this Patch "No.2" please guy's

RLC Fleet/Maritime Ensigns flown on RLC Ships:-

(Obviously these are patches, but It's the No.2 patch that concerns me, and not the Ensigns)

No1= The Blue Ensign w Crossed Swords; Flown onboard RLCV's commanded by NCO's ]

No2= The Blue Ensign w Crossed Swords beneath a Lion & Crown; Flown onboard HMAV's commanded by Commissioned Officers of the RLC


RLCV (Royal Logistic Corps Vessel's) No.1
HMAV (Her Majesties Army Vessel's) No.2

On all accounts I see this as a "Fantasy" Badge/Patch, as it is known; [the shoulder flash of the Blue Ensign w Crossed Swords will continue to be worn by soldiers/sailors of the RLC] I read it somewhere

Have I missed something again, like a change in uniform patches ? or is this definately a "Fantasy" badge, ....... or would it be worn on HMAV's ??

Hello DAD Is this actually a patch? Do you have one? Or is this a picture of the Army Fleet Ensign that someone has made to look like a patch?

Hiya Daddio,
Yes this arrived in post today, it is 3" x 2' in size,i got it cos it's different, but need to know if it,is worn by the RLC guy's.
