Black Watch unusual (?) badge
Hi all,
can anyone tell me the purpose of this RH large collar type badge but with an unusual fitting? b 510.jpg b 511.jpg The badge is 40mm high, 1 5/8" if you prefer. regards, Iain

I have an anodised one but with 2 lugs, the same size; would that also be a Sporran badge

Ian, They are found in WM; bronze; chrome plate; silver plate; anodised ally; brass and silver. Either one thistle at feet or two, I have around thirteen different examples.

Should add that this style of badge worn by BW; RHC; HLI; ACF; NSWS Cillivian/Police pipe bands and St. Andrew society.
