Sorry to say, but it does not look good to me. The slider is not of the type I would expect to see and notch appears artificially applied. I could be wrong, but I am sure others will confirm if this is the case.

The badge itself has excellent detail obverse and reverse as far as I can judge. The thing that gets me is that if you are going to make a perfect die with good detail obverse and reverse then why apply an incorrect slider to an otherwise seemingly perfect badge?

Can any of these badges be proven to be authentic with this in mind?
