No real knowledge of these things, but is it a post war version for RM KD prior to issue of stone coloured tropical dress?

What dress are these worn on please?
Are they on a stone coloured backing? I see them as khaki in the images. Are they worn on MTP?

I think, just from the photograph, you would certainly be highly likely to be wrong with that assessment.
