Cdn. Armband Help need to ID

Good Day

I have recently come across a armband that I am have trouble identifying and need some help with it. The armband is green with grey stripe in center with initials FS in center of grey stripe. See attached photo. I thought the FS is for Field Security but not sure.
Any help would be appreciated.
