CPC formation patches white and gold
The Canadian Postal Corps wore imposed formation patches overseas during the SWW. The early issue were embroidered in white on the formation sign, while after April 1943, they were embroidered or printed in gold. (yellow). The only formations affected by this change were 1 Canadian Div, 2 Canadian Div, 1 Cdn Corps and 2 Cdn Corps. All other formations that were authorized imposed CPC patches wore the yellow embroidery.
