Best ask the Ozzy lads.... first one I have seen. The NSW Rgt badge is different... could be a crossbelt or pouch badge? I think its a "B Company" item of the 2/17th NSWR..... there is a VC honour within the Battalion according to Cox.... so it may be relevant to that?
