I'm not sure of this being genuine because die flaw and lack of clarity on the reverse? Any ideas please, can anyone suggest whether this is correct ? Thank you

It is 100% correct, an exceptional example actually. There are no flaws or lack of clarity, you are overly cautious on this one.
