Default Mystery Badge.

Help needed to identify this badge which I've had kicking around for a few years. Any ideas anyone?

I have similar but without the wreath and facing the other way, possibly a slightly different display to the wings....
I think mine is more like the Hustpierspoint College OTC one.

Default Mystery Badge

I've had this badge for years and touted it around miiitaria fairs but no-one seems to know what it is! Some have said OTC, Indian, or even German - but I'm keen to get a proper identification and hope BCMBF can settle the matter - but so far, no luck!

Strange the way the wings have runners.out to the wreath. As ever I think I've seen this illustrated before somewhere perhaps as a line drawing but can't remember where.
Masonic or similar organisation?
