With those bars they look like maybe the fire service or something non-military. Phil might know the answer to this one.

They are quite similar in style to civilian pilots, 3 stripes would be a first officer/co pilot. What the addition of the KCs would mean, I don't know.

In design they are somewhat similar to this Queen's Crown epaulette for the Nigerian Marine - a Crown and bars.

I admit my knowledge of items such as these is spartan to say the least, but in my opinion, looking at the quality of them, I would hazard a guess at home made.
Made, perhaps, in order to impress a young filly who had an eye for officers. Regards Brian. |
