SOS walk in purchase
Guys, so this past weekend was the OVMS Show of Shows in Louisville Ky. I set up a large display of First Special Service Force items and a gentleman from Florida was admiring my display and offered me a numbered V42 knife in near mint condition. His asking price was fair, but I already have two named ones and didnt need another. I proceeded to ask if he had anything else for sale and he told me that he had some US airborne groups in his car. Later that day he came back yo my table with a duffle bag and showed me the groups. One was a 509th grouping to a soldier who was taken prisoner in Italy. The other group was this one, which my jaw hit the floor. I was able to negotiate a deal with him on both groups. I was shocked to see the SAS wing and can anyone help identify what the other British wing is with the parachute?

SF Wings. The one is slightly larger than my other wings, so I dont know if it post war? But, everything else in case is wartime insignias. Is this a different variant?
