Yes the 1978 Pattern with DIEU ET MON DROIT on three scrolls. The example in the first post is perhaps the earlier 1953 pattern? Hard to tell.

Looks the sort of design silhouette that appears on smaller versions of the WOI badge such as bullion, or am I imagining that?

Default Australian WO1 badge

Australian, from MGO Specification 1957.

The black on red is probably Sydney University Regiment although I'm not certain when it was adopted.
