RAF Regiment Question

I have just got 2 RAF Regiment MTP shirts one in PCS style and one in S95
style however the TRF on them is the standard RAF issue and not the usual
sqn badge , can anyone tell me if the regiment has stopped using there own badges and gone to standard issue.
