Voltigeur and Postwarden thanks for showing the picture and patch. As a collector of US WWII patches , this is the first time I have seen or heard of this hospital and patch.
Was the patch issued and worn by British personnel only?

Have searched on the internet and have seen several US personnel wearing the official Army Service Force patch at the hospital.
