Pioneer Sergeant's all I can think of, though it may be short enough to be just excused shaving for some medical reason.
Or have rules re. shaving been allowed to lapse nowadays in order to attract fashion conscious ACF instructors?

If they are Army Cadet Force, and he has no medical reason for not shaving. In my opinion he should removed it, or leave the Cadet Force !
