R Anglia
The top Hart is a Bedfordshire Regt (T) collar badge
The button is Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Regt The gold coloured collar badge was worn by 201 Bty, 100 (Yeomanry) Regt, RA (TA) as they are the successors to the Bedfordshire Yeomanry. The large oval 'Eagle' is the design worn by the Bedfordshire Yeomanry, but I don't think this an Ordnance issue badge though. To my knowledge the Bedfordshire Yeomanry have never formed part of The R. Anglian Regt as they have been artillery since 1921. Stephen. |

Top marks!
You Sir are a STAR, to clarify then the HART badge would have been part of the R Anglians TA?

The Bedfortshire Regiment (TA) (1958 - 1961) belonged to the corps of the 3rd East Anglian Regiment (16th/44th Foot).
The Royal Anglian Regiment only started life in 1964.

Are you sure that black eagle on yellow isn't the French Eagle of the old Essex Regiment?

Are these not real soldiers but ACF adult volunteers: hence the badge?
