Default Confirmation needed on Collar badge

Guys,

I got this one yesterday advertised as 215th CEF collar. I know it's not that, can anyone confirm what it is and what dates please?

Thanks, Bill

Hi bill
Not 215 battalion same design as 241 battalion, but the badge you show is not 1st war vintage, also looks caste makes it very questionable. Sorry
Dan

Are we talking 241st Bn? The collar was worn by the Canadian Scottish Borderers, 241st Bn from Windsor / Essex County area.
However the same collar was worn by the Essex Scottish Regiment after the war. And the officers' had a gilt pattern.
