What do fellow members make of this one on ebay,Looks very crude to me .

It is the lower plate which would have provided the back of the badge so probably less precise than the other half. Given its purported age I would expect it to have wear, which it has.

On the other hand, given the large numbers of fake SIH badges that there are it could well be a crude die used for knocking out fakes.

It does appear to have the attributes of the fake badges.
