Herts yeomanry collars ?
Hi All,
recently purchased on the forum, bu I need some help. Are these Hertfordshire Yeomanry Officers collars ? If so, what period are they and which cap badge would I need to go with them ? Cheers in advance.. Mark |

Mine came tied together on a piece of string with an artillery badge , they came from one of the Watford dumps 20 years ago if that's of any help.

Hertfordshire Imperial Yeomanry OSD collars worn 1901-1908, but could have been worn longer.

Same as the wearer's left-hand collar, with either lugs or blades.

HY collars
Also worn on the base of the shoulder strap of SD post-ww2. I don't have photos of that but the attached I think I took in the Hitchin museum years ago.
What I would love to see is a photo of these badges being worn on headdress. Stephen |
