OK I don’t know much about the Grenadier Guards, but I do have WO data of their badges ! I‘m not entirely au fait with the odd ranks within the Guards but here goes

‘Staff cap badges’
Pattern 1168A/1903 A crowned Royal Cypher in silver orWM on the ball of a gilt, GM or brass flaming grenade. GRV & GRVI badgesreinforced behind the neck of the Grenade.
Pattern 11121/1938, ball 22.3mm
Pattern 11681/1941 (not sure what difference !)
Pattern 17229/1956 (ditto)

‘Sergeant and Bandsmen
A crowned Royal Cypher on the ball of a flaming Grenade all in gilt, GM or brass. GRV and GRVI badges reinforced behind the neck of the Grenade.
