King's Commendation Protea

A couple of questions:

1. Does anyone have a copy of Forsyth's book about the King's Commendation Protea?

2. Does anyone have an example of a certificate that was issued with the protea emblem?

3.Does anyone have a small protea emblem for medal ribbon for sale or swop?

This is the one I have in the collection. It is worn on a ribbon bar in plain khaki. The other ribbon is of the 18 Year Good Service / Conduct Medal.

That's the Commandant General commendation. The one I'm referring to is the king protea worn on the Africa Service Medal.
