Pegasus india cloth badge???

Hi ive picked up this pegasus india badge and a bit puzzled as to if its right or not. Ive always been told there ment to be printed this seams to be a felt ??? version that looks right and very well made but is it a repro ??

True, they come from the same manufacturer of standard repro Pegasus badges but with the word India added.
