Default Sterling Silver AAC Badge

I thought you fellows might enjoy seeing this very scarce badge, made by J.R. Gaunt & Sons.








The Hallmarks are as follows:

Anchor symbol indicates the Birmingham Assay Office
Lion symbol indicates English Sterling Silver
The letter 'S' indicates the badge was manufactured in 1942

I am fortunate enough to have one - I appreciate it is a very rare thing. I bought it many years ago from Steven Bosley.
