Looks like it. The photo would be sometime after 1920 when the wreath was added to the CPO cap badge. Using a bit of logic, I don't think it was taken much later than 1920-1925 as he is a senior CPO with full war service so can't have been far from qualifying for his LSGC medal. I doubt that he would have made it to MAA if he'd had blemishes on his record.
