Default TRYING TO DATE?

The name Cape Colony changed in 1910, but did they still use the flag up untill WW1?

No idea, but that looks like a remembrance for the Anglo-Boer War I would think? If it was WWI I doubt if it would be limited to just those flags, so very likely pre-1910.

Most likely preWW1 but I have seen Cape Colony flags and all sorts used on souvenirs later than 1910. Without today's ability to "google" they probably used whatever flag was in the flag book on the shelf. I've likewise seen WWII stuff with the pre-1928 South African flag on it.
