I've seen a number of NZ collections also have brass numerals identical to these badges (of varying sizes), British system of supply or personal purchase. Seems difficult if not impossible to tell the difference.
The attached photo shows a NZ collection with similar numerals. Not my collection and I've lost the details of where the photo came from. Very nice collection at any rate. Nick
