Default Para Instructor Brevet

Hi All
I believe this is Australian. Can anyone tell me anything about it, dates of use etc please? There is a maker name which looks like KG Luke and then what appears to be 'STG SIL' for sterling silver. It has a little damage on the back (I think it may have been stood on) so would there be any interest or value in it? It is surplus to my collecting needs so I may be moving it on.
Thanks in advance. Cheers,
Alex
