Default What is NSN 8455-99-132-1169 please?

Would anyone with access the the NSN details please let me know what the designation is for this item? It should be Irish Guards related.

thanks

John

There appear to be two versions of this star John, with subtle variations to overall quality and the orientation of the rays of the star.
The ‘lesser’ example has rays made of silver bullion sewn in a clockwise pattern.
The other has the rays sewn in individual twists.
I will upload an image shortly.
Best
Sean.
