I think the RUR is an unmarked FN B'ham example. I have my grandad's issue badge which has unvoided scroll ends, the slider shape looks right for FN made badges too.

Aging but that doesn't seem too clear an indicator...obviously repros can be old/have patina too.

Also, I'm viewing on my phone so the images aren't the clearest. (poor worker blaming his tools!)

Phil FN badges only one swallow tail is voided if I remember correctly

Nothing wrong with those as ORs cap badges except for:

Suffolks as it's an Officer SD collar.
Lugged Lincolnshires - ditto
8th Kings Liverpool Irish is a 1970's repro.
