Default Medics armband. Wartime?

Hi all. Any chance this undated used medics armband is wartirmw. How can one tell? Looks like a replaced Red Cross. IMG_9864.jpg

Shouldn't there be a circular stamp on it to show that it had been authorized by the IRC?

No idea David. A collector on another site seems to think it could be wartime.
