Default New member needing ID on a Shoulder title

First of all hello.

Second a little about myself. I have collected militaria for almost 40 years, so have a lot of badges. Of late I have been focusing on photographic image of service personnel as I believe it to be a good starting point as to what was worn and when.

I was directed to your forum by a friend who was of the opinon that you might be able to help me identify the shoulder title being worn by this Territorial Royal Engineer. So, T over RE over ?? I have my own opinions but what like to hear what you all think.

Thank you all,

Ellis
