Hello Mike,
It is certainly interesting to ponder on these, how are the marked examples actually named and are they simply marked just with the word Firmin?

Hi Frank, from memory it was a plain Firmin. I don't mind paying a pound or so for a copy but not full price, so I passed on them when they came out, sorry I can't help more, Mike.
