G’day Andy

I’m no expert on cloth badges but my book also shows this to be exactly that 24th Independent Guards Brigade.

Cheers
John

John,
the wings(?) do not look right and also my books (Brian Davis & Mil Collectables J. Lyndhurst) show the badge as being all red? Perhaps it is a later pattern? I Know Blue and Red are the Guards colours?

I have to say I never saw an example like that being worn! But that means nothing really....

See my edit for my Embroidered 1993 example as worn by me.
