I bought that ages ago, it's a nice cap complete with summer cover, I think I paid £85? I bought it to go with a DSC I had bought.

RNCVR Officer cap & badge
I have posted this cap & badge in the RCN section but will show it here in this topic as I feel relevant & its quite rare, very rare when on the original cap. The cap crown is black & still has its original white cap cover.
The RNCVR only existed from 1914 to 1918 & was a fairly small force compared to the RNVR the RNR. Most RNCVR officers & ratings served on the many small ships that made up Canada's coastal defence force & initial convoy escorts during 1WW, altho many saw overseas service & action with ships of the RN.
