It is similar when you fill in the ESTA to travel to the US and they ask if you have any criminal record, are a terrorist or intend to commit criminal or terrorist acts whilst there! I always feel bad when I have to tell lies.

I'm surprised they don't ask if you've had any infectious diseases prior to licking the stamp. But I guess most stamps are self-adhesive these days. Next, they'll be telling you that you can only use recycled paper to wrap things (actually nothing wrong in that). It seems that everywhere in the western world these days is becoming a "nanny state".

It is ironic coming from a county that has given us television ‘heroes’ that are, amongst others: corrupt police officers, mafia gangsters, outlaw bikers and a serial killer! Graham

It's a shame that we don't have a 'moral turpitude' law ourselves it would be a good defence against all the dregs that turn up on our shores, of course we don't make our own laws anymore, unless you count the ones that tax disabled people on having a spare bedroom, you couldn't make it up! Get your lottery on fellas and hope you can escape before they fence us in for good!
Have a nice weekend |
