Default Unknown plaque…..

Last ditch effort to ID this please…..I did think it was something to do with a regimental band, the motto is ‘Nulli Secundus’ (Coldstream Guards?) and the motto by the female is ‘Sev Voce Acuta Sev Fidibus Citharaque’. I tried good ol’ Google lens but came up with nothing. Any assistance gratefully received!

Try googling British Railways Western Region Staff Association Medallion (1965)!
Sadly not military.

Default Maybe, but…

Thank you for the reply…I can see that the centrepiece may possibly be BR, but when have you seen a BR plaque with cannon, flags, swords, drums, a Vickers machine gun and artillery shells?

Possibly from WW2 era , the British Railways Western Region Staff Association held Music/Drama Festivals from the 1920's to the 1970's.

BR Western Region seemed to favour a military theme for some reason...
The cartouche beneath reads Swindon B, Div 2, 1963-64.
