Keith, I'm thinking that it's a Type 11 wing which would put it in the 1960's, just before Unification. However, pictures I have seen in reference books shows a Type 11 with a Maple leaf that is not as detailed, so I'm not 100% on this ID (it could be explained by different manufacturers). I have one just like it in my collection: pointy, upturned wing tips, deeply scalloped bottom to the wool backing and a stiffened cotton backing.
