Default G/M TOWER HAMLETS

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Tower-Ham...UAAOSwXaRaGIiF

Totally wrong - modern slider, wrong metal and bad strike. It does raise the question about the w.m versions. The die detail is very poor.

This badge was worn in w/m from 1937. The Bn was destroyed in NAfrica in 1941 and the remnants absorbed in the RB wearing standard badge.

Three more totally fake Artillery badges being sold by the same seller:-

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/West-Ridi...sAAOSwwe9ZpJBK

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Warwicksh...QAAOSwrzdZpJH4

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/White-Met...QAAOSwDKpZpJE5

All well discussed on here within tall orb type fakes that abound on ebay, including the Cadet version.

regards

If it is a Forum Member, then he/she needs to hang their head in shame.....those Royal Artillery badges are disgraceful. They need to change their ways or leave this Forum IMHO.

Cool Expensive fakes

We all know or should know that a great many of the badges sold at online auctions are fake, but generally at reasonable starting prices, these starting prices look more like the final price realised for an original badge.

Exactly, and thats what makes it even worse. If your going to sell Fakes then make sure your state they are!!!!! But this is just a blatant disrespect!!!!!
