VI Commando
Have been organizing my cloth badges and patches this past week. this badge has been in the questionable pile for many years so thought it was time to ask? Is there any chance for this piece?

The early VI headdress badge of No6 Cdo was made within the unit at the instruction of the CO, to promote espirit de corps. It comes in various forms, but not in such a precision 'factory manufactured' variety. Great initiative was exercised by individuals concerned in producing their own badges, or getting landladies, girlfriends etc to assist.
