AMERICAN RED CROSS VOLUNTEER WORKER BADGE J.R.GAUNT
I recently purchased this out of U.K.
It appears to be for WW1 service in the U.K. By I presume a u.k resident working for the American Red Cross. Obviously made in the UK by J.R.GAUNT of London I wonder has anyone ever seen one of thes before as I cannot find another one,or any information on. Also would like to see if D.F.TIBBETTS is indeed from U.K or American. Information I currently have is it is Dorothy F. Tibbetts from U.K. Name: Dorothy F Tibbetts Age: 11 in 1901 census Estimated birth year: abt 1890 Relation to Head: Daughter Gender: Female Father: Frederick W Tibbetts Mother: Elizabeth M Tibbetts Birth Place: Woodgreen, Middlesex, England Regards Phil Last edited by 4th N.Z ARMOURED BRIGADE; 03-10-17 at 01:42 AM.
